The comic that awaited me upon my return from Saturday's hike
Perhaps I should take this as a sign that I should be signing up for a facebook account. Seems as though I'm the only one without such an account these days, and I've been getting some hints from people that things would be a lot easier were I to signup there.
I'm a little sick of trying to keep track of a myriad of accounts though.

Why bother?
My thought would be why bother...it's not like I'd check it that often. You have your Xanga blog, and Rotundus. Between the two of those there should be enough Dave to go around. If you keep setting up accounts at sites like that, you'll run out of time to do anything but check those for messages.
I'm not crazy...oh, wait, nevermind.

So far two people have
So far two people have invited me to Facebook, but I don't see the point of it. Both my brothers are on it and they showed me what it's about. I was surprised at the number of people on it from the CanRC.
But yeah, what is there to do on there?
1. Post stuff on your page.
2. Post stuff on other people's page.
3. Play games.
It's all stuff that's been done before, but Facebook has them really tightly integrated, and they have a few minor things that are slightly innovative.
I don't see how "things" would be easier if a person was on it. What things? What's wrong with the other forms of communication we've been using before Facebook opened up to the public?

There's nothing wrong with
There's nothing wrong with the other forms of communication used, but people are often using other forms like facebook instead these days.
