I just found it a little amusing the way it appears that there are more journalists involved in the raid than their are policemen. (Out of curiousity why aren't the police wearing any sort of headgear to help protect that part of their body?)

The root of this particular problems seems to be adjusting prices Medicare pays only for inflation rather than based on any technological innovation.
