When life doesn't seem easy...

I had a copy of Carson's book How Long, O Lord?: Reflections on Suffering and Evil sticking out of my mailbox this morning, so I took it along and read through the first few pages while awaiting others to show up for lunch. In those pages Carson described some tragic scenes which had taken place in the lives of some of his friends. On a similar note, the following video, which I stumbled across this evening, seems worth watching:
