The reason that I ask is that sometimes when I attempt to connect the site seems to take a while to load, although at other times it seems rather fast. I do know what Drupal implements some sort of caching system, but I'm not sure how that might be affecting apparent perceptions of speed.
I suppose that a lot of my testing these past couples days has been from SFU, and their access lately has been rather crappy for some reason or other. I thought that I saw the same behaviour at home though too, although I might be mistaken.

Seems nice and speedy to me.
Seems nice and speedy to me. I would suspect any speed issues are related to your ISP and available bandwidth at the time of request.
