It seems that involvement in a sex-scandal is becoming a de-facto requirement for running for New York City public office. Strangely enough Eliot Spitzer is actually running for comptroller against the person who actually operated the prostitution ring that he lost his office after being discovered to be a client of.

I like the name. Here's what Cuban would like to see happen to the US patent system: "I would like to see design patents eliminated. I would like to require that all patents be used in a business within five years or otherwise become public domain. ... I would also like to see a 'cold room' exception. If you can show you invented the idea using completely independent thought, you don’t violate the patent and the patent is invalidated." An example of a design patents, FYI, are would be the one awarded to Apple for using rounded corners, a patent which it later used against Samsung.
"A Saudi domestic flight was delayed for nearly two hours after a passenger caused havoc over the presence of stewardesses in the absence of related male companion ... " It being Saudi Arabia I'm unsure whether it's the airline being investigated or the person causing the delay when it mentions that the investigation of this incident is ongoing.
