Potato or Tomato?

Are things really this bad?

Now to ignore you all for the rest of the week!

Looks like my take-home essay exam is taking place from noon tomorrow through the end of Saturday.

(Yes... that means that the exam runs right through Good Friday, but I tend to ignore the liturgical calendar anyways).

To prep I'm trying to take this evening a little bit easy and de-stress as much as possible. Having an open book exam taking place over the course of a few days means that last minute cramming really doesn't work.

Still busy...

It's looking like I may not get to updating this site for a while longer than I was thinking. My Ph.D. candidacy exam is now scheduled, although it's a week earlier than originally planned due to time conflicts. That means that the deadlines get crunched together even more than they already were. I suppose that we'll see by the end of April whether nor the last two years or so of work have accomplished what they need to. Busy, busy, busy...

One thing that I recently installed is a Firefox addon called LeechBlock (originally brought to my attention by Tim Challies a while back). Basic idea of the addon is that it block or time limits access to time-wasting sites (email, facebook, etc.), thus allowing you to get more accomplished. So far it seems to be working, but we'll have to see if that continues.
