Someplace that even Darren may not be crazy enough to want to railfan...
I stumbled across a BBC story today announcing the completion of a railway line into Tibet. A few quotes from the article:
Trains travelling on the line will have to have carriages that are sealed like aircraft to protect passengers from altitude sickness. .... The workers who built the line had to breathe bottled oxygen in order to cope with the high altitudes.
To railfan that would probably count as even crazier than this

Yeah those are the ultimate
Yeah those are the ultimate railfanning vehicles. Not only can you get all the angles, but all those storage compartments are handy.
