Trying to adjust back to "doing mornings"

My days at the moment aren't quite as bad as this, but still can be a little sleep-deprived.

Ugh-- there's a difference between surviving mornings and being a morning person. I wonder if there is a way to fundamentally switch what you are by nature. I suspect not --some people are just born different ways. With my chronic health issues I always wake up tired - never seems to matter how long or little I sleep so I never want to get up. If I woke up feeling refreshed that might be a different issue!
