Trademarks
I never really understood the trademarking of phrases. To some extent as far as marketing other products goes, yes, but others are just part of every day speech!
I like my reusable grocery bag - plus it saves me from having to buy plastic grocery bags. It's still clean though as I just got it last week but I will make sure to wash it regularly!
I hope the flight liquid ban ends soon! I keep having to throw away drinks I've bought in the secure area while switching planes! Annoying!

I like my reusable grocery
I tend to walk to and from the grocery store to buy groceries and the reuseable ones are much easier to carry. The disposable ones tend to dig into my hands I find, whereas the reusable ones have thicker straps.
You're probably safe carrying any liquids bought in the secure area on board. If you have a stopover and have to reclear security there, then you'd have to toss the stuff, but not otherwise.
