- This seems to make a lot of sense for on-field generation, but not so much if the fuel must be transported a long distance to the point of use. They've got much higher transport costs (and associated dangers).

Wow. Dropped charges because he was drinking coffee? If it was alcohol he'd be charged for driving under the influence. If it wasn't alcohol, he'd be charged for plain old reckless driving. But because it's coffee, he doesn't get charged at all?
