That applies to "bystanders who aren't trained in CPR — or those who fear their skills are rusty." A little like ABS brakes ... good in some situations, not so good in others?

I wonder what the odds of that juror being the one involved in the case were. Thousands to 1, surely!

Also, it appears that I may need to upgrade my CPR training yet again.
