Pink & Blue
Whether you think the idea of dressing up as a colour is silly or not, the fact is that it definitely raises awareness (and thus potentially donations) to a disease. Dressing up as blue might seem silly but if it brings up more awareness of the illness and in particular causes men to get symptoms checked out earlier, then it's reaching its goal.
